What an amazing Quarter 1 it has been for the Learning & Development Department (L&D). From the
beginning of the year, we have taken aboard the GDP cohort for 2022 / 2023, taking them through the
paces and inducting them to the system to prepare them for their roles at their respective units. We also
have had training programs aimed at upskilling HR Teams, Train The Trainers, Sales and Marketing
Teams as well as drivers and more. We have surpassed the target, upskilling over 219 employees with
training days amounting to 15 and a total of 76.5 clocked hours dedicated to upskilling these teams.
